A reconstruction tutorial

Alumni brand Wan & Wong Fashion - co-founded by EcoChic Design Award 2012 alumni Kevin Wan – was recently featured on local Hong Kong media, Apple Daily, demonstrating how to revive and transform discarded clothes into interesting new accessories. Co-founder Joyce Wang showed how an old short sleeved t-shirt can be transformed into a tote bag in a few easy steps using just a pair of scissors. She also demonstrated a more complex project of transplanting the sleeves of one shirt to another, to produce a stylish long sleeve jacket. We love how reconstruction is being accepted more and more by mainstream consumers - long live our clothes!
