2018 finalists’ designs head to Europe

We are delighted to have been invited back by Fashion For Good for a second year to exhibit our 2018 finalists designs within their newly opened museum in Amsterdam, which in a new kind of experience, takes visitors on a gaming, learning, group storytelling and community building Good Fashion Journey. Catch our exhibit from 17 January – 14 February if you are in town!

Frontline Fashion 3 coming to a device near you

Frontline Fashion 3 is currently in post-production, and launching mid-January. The digital mini-series is presented by TV Host and Model Cara G, and follows our 2018 finalists in the last stages of the competition cycle as they battle it out to win first prize and dive deeper into sustainability in the fashion industry  here in Hong Kong. Follow our YouTube channel now to be the first in the know about new episode drops!

Winner Tess Whitfort back in Hong Kong

Redress Design Award 2018 First Prize Winner, Tess Whitfort has been back in Hong Kong these last 2 months, immersed in The R Collective team to bring her up-cycled collection to life and ready for retail early next year. Check out our Instagram story highlights for a look at what she’s been up to.

Springboarding into our 9th competition cycle

The new cycle kicked off this month with Eastman joining as Gold Sponsor and our educational activities beginning in Asia. Another truly global cycle – and still the largest in the world - we will open for applications on the 10 January 2019 as we begin a new search for the hottest emerging designers successfully tackling sustainable and circular thinking within their work.
