Redress Design Award 2020 Hong Kong Best Winner Grace Lant launched her own knitwear brand ‘Love From Blue’ in December 2020. Her first collection draws inspiration from the skyscrapers and peaceful mountains of Hong Kong, reflected in the colour palette. Using only natural fibre and dead-stock yarns the brand works with local factories to create limited edition unisex knitwear pieces. The pre-order model means there is no waste stock created, and they will always be sold at full value. Each piece is ‘created with intent, and crafted with purpose.’

In the lead up to the 2020 holiday season, Redress Design Award Alumna, Claire Dartigues set up her atelier on Pont Alexandre III in the heart of Paris and made a bustier dress from upcycled fabrics all the while surrounded by the magic of the city and live music. She wanted to pay homage to the beautiful city and its rich heritage, setting fashion design in a new context. Claire recently released a new video, Imagine on Ice - with an atelier set up on an Olympic rink to create a performance and a sports couture piece, accompanied by the famous figure skater Adrien Tesson.
