他的參賽系列《12 layers of Elegance》靈感來自日本平安時代貴族的自然美學——當時貴族會穿上多達十二層和服以彰顯身份。他的設計充滿巧思，包括可變成手袋的手套、可變身為袋子或棋盤的外套，以及可變成附有鏡子的抽屜的上衣。他從本地布行採購二手布料，並以布碎製作成花卉裝飾，點綴設計。
