Patrick’s Redress Design Award collection, ‘The Mods,’ combines different military jackets and suits, adding denim elements with splicing, and reshaping a new style through oversized tailoring. The collection is inspired by the British ‘Mod’ subculture of the 1960s and uses upcycling and reconstruction techniques to transform discarded samples made mainly from nylon with high durability.
